After five years together, Timber proposed on December 27, 2010 at Marina Park in Kirkland, WA after a “romantic” fish and chips dinner at Steamers.  We were walking back to the car and took a detour through the park.  It was dark, cold, and raining, but he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!
